Do you offer maintenance contracts?
Yes, we offer residential maintenance contracts (two visits/year/system), and commercial maintenance contracts (two visits/year/system ranging from 2-5 tons). Please call for a quote on larger units.
Do you warranty all of your work?
Yes, all of our work is under warranties.
Do you accept credit card payments?
Cash or check are the only current type of payments accepted.
What are the optimum temperatures for energy efficiency?
Set your thermostat for 75 degrees in the summer and 68 degrees in the winter.
How often should I change my air filter?
You should change your standard air filter at least once every 3 months.
How soon can you start on an installation?
Installations can be started within a week of the contract being signed by the client.
How long will it take for you to order a part?
We usually have the parts and other resources needed to complete a job on our truck, but in the event that we do not have the part needed for your issue, we can have it installed as soon as the supplier delivers the part.
